Yes the app is easy to use but its about being able to redeem your points. I cashed out for gift cards several months ago and never received anything. I have now emailed the support team 3 times with no response. Whats the point?

I have earned any money yet, but so far the app has been easy to use. If it continues to be this easy, it will be very worthwhile.

Got a card its works great takes a little time to get gifts tho

I just started using Panel and its actually pretty neat!!!!

Turned off the surveys and the app works great.

Its a free app that gives you free stuff. Only downside is that it takes up memory space.

Redeemed my points but didnt receive my gift card. Sent them a message twice but never got a response back.

You wont get rich from it, but I installed it, forgot about it for a few months, come back and I can use my points for gift cards. Not a ton of money, but every bit helps!

Cashed out for a $25 virtual visa gift card.tried to use it & needed a security code. Emailed support, they said ask tango, tango said ask panel apps, they blame each other.never resolved from months ago and lost out on my points and have no gift card!!! 0 stars!!!!

I really like answering the questions and it still blows my mind how it knows where I am. If I had one complaint it would be that there are a lot of places not on list and I have to keep choosing "other" to answer.

I redeemed my points over a month ago and still havent received my gift cards. It took me almost a year to save up for them. Definitely disappointed. There isnt a "help" tab or a "support" tab in the app... maybe this will help get to someone to fix the issue?!

I got $25 from this app. No scan at all.

I just wish the rewards came faster I used to get the rewards faster now it takes a long time to get any any rewards. I only make sure I go for guaranteed rewards so I know I spent my points wisely. I sent my review a long time ago why am I still being asked for a review.
